Job Summary
As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting company products and services, communicating with customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping the company achieve its sales goals. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, energetic, and eager to build a successful career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and present company products and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Support online and offline marketing activities
- Coordinate with backend support teams in India & Dubai
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales updates and customer reports
- Assist in business development activities
Training Program
All selected candidates will undergo a structured 45-Day Professional Training Program covering:
- Product knowledge
- Sales process and communication
- Marketing strategies
- CRM and reporting systems
- Customer handling techniques
After successful completion of training and evaluation, candidates will be officially confirmed as company staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in both English and Thai
- Strong interest in marketing and sales
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary + Allowance
25,000 THB/month
Sales Commission
5% per sale
Expected Monthly Earnings
~50,000 THB+
