Nexa Stay grew out of a practical problem: guests flying in for our Thailand retreats kept asking where to stay at either end of the trip, and the honest answer was usually “not a hotel.” Families wanted separate bedrooms. Longer stays wanted a kitchen. Everyone wanted to stop paying for a lobby.
So we started curating homes the way we curate everything else — one at a time, walked through by our own team, and let only if we would put our own guests in it. Each property is the whole place, cleaned to hotel standard, with one concierge number for the length of your stay.
No membership, no minimum commitment, no scheme. You book the nights you want and we hand you the keys.
The UAE collection is open and bookable. Europe grows slowly, and we would rather list four properties we trust than forty we do not.
