Our ZEN Escape retreat is a clinical undertaking: a written plan, a six-person care team, a schedule from six in the morning to half past nine at night. It changes people. It is also not what everyone wants from a week off.
Nexa Sanctuary is the other answer. The same practitioners, the same kitchen, the same thermal facilities — arranged around a resort stay instead of a treatment plan. You get one therapy a day, three proper meals, access to everything else, and an afternoon nobody has any plans for.
Treatments are booked around your day, not the other way round.
